Refund & Cancellation Policy To maintain operational transparency and ensure seamless event management, the following refund and cancellation guidelines will apply to all passes issued for the 31st Night & New Year Celebration ft. Gautami Patil LIVE: 1. No Refunds on Confirmed Passes All passes, once purchased, are strictly non-refundable. This applies to every category including VVIP Group, VVIP Single, Platinum, Gold, and Couple Passes. 2. Non-Transferable Tickets Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or reassigned to another individual after confirmation. 3. No Cancellations Cancellations initiated by the guest—whether due to personal circumstances, travel issues, or schedule conflicts—will not be eligible for any refund. 4. Event Rescheduling In the unlikely event that the program is rescheduled by management, all confirmed passes will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling. 5. Event Cancellation by Organizers If the organizers cancel the event entirely (not reschedule), guests will receive: A 100% refund for the base ticket price ONLY. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Processing fees, convenience fees, and third-party platform charges will not be refunded. 6. Denied Entry Entry may be denied to guests found violating event policies (misconduct, intoxication, security protocol breaches, possession of prohibited items, etc.). No refund will be applicable in such cases. 7. Force Majeure No refunds will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, including but not limited to: Natural disasters Government restrictions Public safety concerns Unforeseen technical failures 8. Duplicate or Fake Passes Guests attempting entry with duplicate, unauthorized, or fraudulent passes will be denied entry without refund.
